The Borg & Overstrom E4 counter top water chiller is one of Borg and Overstroms most popular units with its striking aesthetics will enhance any environment. In the water cooler world this unit is unique - you normally have to buy either a countertop or freestanding unit - rather than this unit's countertop and base cabinet combination, but it's actually quite clever... if you ever have an office reshuffle just purchase the optional base to turn it into a freestanding model.
